On this Christmas Eve, we cast our gaze to the mother of Christ to learn from her very own Christmas awakening by examining the Magnificat in Luke 1.  From her great song of faith, we learn of the three types of people to whom Christmas can truly come.  Though a worldly Christmas is often measured in dollars and sense, Mary's song teaches the true Christmas will always come to humble.  Though a worldly Christmas is often about being sated with food and things, Mary's words reminds us the true Christmas will always come to the hungry.  Those who are hungry for God will always find Him.  Though a worldly Christmas may celebrate getting what you want, Mary's Magnificat shows us the true Christmas always comes to helpless.  This teaching was given on Friday, December 24, 2015.  This podcast is a ministry of First Baptist Church of Bogalusa, La.  Thank you for listening!
